Trotz der negativen Behind The Mask funktioniert Akatsuki no Yona. Vorallem der zweite Ending-Song ist wunderschön und einfach nur atemberaubend. Es gibt zwar keine irrelevanten Folgen, aber manches wirkt schon in die Länge gezogen was aber auch im Manga so ist, der Anime ist sehr nah an der Vorlage und mir kam die Geschichte manchmal auch sehr Zak Storm Schwert vor.
